A Day at the EASI Academy |
A day at the EASI Academy starts with warm up exercises and stretching, then moves to footwork drills using the cones. We do two, three and four cone drills. Following this, we do a variety of precision motion development exercises, anaerobic exercises, strength conditioning, choreography, and mental training. Exercises are divided into groups and performed on alternate days. Power technique is taught on an individual basis. While one student may be working on their serve or forehand, another will be working on their rally consistency. Still another will be working on strategy and tactics. Powerful legs and core development are emphasized since they are the basis of consistency in the power game.
Our technique teaching methods are proprietary and are the most scientifically advanced in the world. We develop player skills in months that require years by conventional methods. |
Anaerobic Exercises, Conditioning, Precision Movement, Choreography, and Power Technique add up to Power Tennis
