Dots Station

There are five exercises at this station.The player does 6 repetitions of each. In the video from the center photo is illustrated the standard dots drill and the one foot dots drill. Do each foot. Not shown is the forth drill where both feet are together. The reverse jump variation is seen in the video labeled "reverse drill". Click on image as usual to see video.
