The EASI Academy has a very selective and challenging program. Because of its physical difficulty, we put safety first

.

Developing a player is much more than feeding balls or just banging balls all day. There are many dimensions to player development which are listed below. The development of these dimensions must start on day one.

  • Neuromuscular Infrastructure for Precision Movements
  • Choreography and the Six Fundamental Movements of the Action Cycle
  • Footwork
  • Anaerobic Fitness and Endurance; the Energy Systems and Their Significance
  • Mental Dimensions of Winning
  • Strategy and Tactics; The Six Basic Strategies
  • Technique; Power, Precision and Control
  • Visual Processing
  • Reaction Time and ARTT
  • Winning Character
  • Safety
  • Citizenship
In contrast to other, more conventional programs, The EASI Academy focuses on total player development, starting with a complete understanding the dynamics of winning. We develop fundamental skills in conjunction with the other dimensions of Tennis and Match Play to include Citizenship. Winning and citizenship go hand-in-hand in developing leadership. This is important to our program because a successful athlete is a role model for the next generation of leaders and citizens.
