Employees are parents, children, grandparents, friends, loved ones, or brothers and sisters to someone. They have hopes and dreams, aspirations for self fulfillment, and the desire to care for those they love and cherish. The EASI Academy sees the employee as an extension of their family, and as such the problems of the family are also the problems of the corporation.

Productive individuals are those whose lives away from work are supported by what they do for a living. An employee whose life at work supports their growth away from the job is the best employee.

EASI Academy considers these principles of faith as well as a moral contract with every employee.
