The EASI Academy is looking for a few coaches who are interested in learning to teach at the most dynamic and advanced tennis academy in Houston. There are two routes to employment with us. One is to be a one year student at the academy and then go through the EASI coaching course. Second, if you have experience as a coach, you must first be a student for one month (50 hours) at EASI and take the EASI coaching course.

You must be the kind of personality to embrace change and advancement in your field. A bachelors or masters degree in a science will be considered an advantage.

Working at the EASI Academy, you will learn about the human energy systems, types of muscle fiber, types of neurons the brain uses for motion, how humans learn, the physics of ball trajectories, coaching styles and their effectiveness, visual processing, the scientific theory behind good technique, effective communication and you will be able to pass the following six examinations:

• Modern Teaching Methods
• Stroke Production
• Endurance
• Movement and Efficiency
• Tennis Science
• Footwork
